She calls Aase's motherhood trilogy of Forsla Fett,Upland and Loss the most interesting poetic project of the 2000s. I agree.
Here's a review of the book in DN by Asa Beckman, a prominent critic who also wrote about Aase in her book on postmodern women poets.She says, "This trilogy will be read for a long time."

no major u.s. newspapers feature poetry at all. discounting kooser's et al. limpid columns. i recall seeing 1 of berg's poems in either expressen or svenska dagbladet in '02, last time i was in stockholm. i don't know swedish so i had to ask my mother-in-law if she could do a rough translation. if i recall this right both papers publish a poem a day in their editions.
Yes, that's right. Also interesting is the extent to which the newspapers cover what in the US might be considered "innovative" or "post-avant" poetry.
