Obama + Indiana

Apparently it's on. The Obama campaign thinks if he wins Indiana he wins the election. They have a really extensive, amazingly well-organized get-out-the-vote. And internal polls show dead even. So if you're in the neighborhood, get involved. They have tons of volunteers, but need more.

Obama wins the election anyway. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that Indiana is pointless. But I'm not sure that Obama's victory hinges on an Indiana win, much less wins in Florida or Ohio even. It's not even going to be close in 2008.

I think so too, but I want to make sure of it. And if he wins Indiana, he certainly wins the election (but that is of course also true of Pennsylvania, NC and other states).
